Vanilla Oat Milk Recipe

Ingredients:
3 C. water
3 Dates
1/2 C. GF Rolled Oats
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
- Add water and dates to blender. Blend on high until the dates are broken down.
- Add in the oats and blend until mixture becomes creamy ( 25 - 30 seconds)
- Add in vanilla and cinnamon. Blend on low just to mix through.
- Pour mixture through a fine strainer and store in the refrigerator.
This recipe is SO simple I can't believe it! It's also a way cheaper alternative to buying milk in the grocery store. I love the fact that I can have full control over what is going into my oat milk and know that there are no crazy additives, preservatives, or refined sugars. You can add this to your morning coffee, a smoothie, or over your granola!
