Quick and Easy Gluten Free Bread

Recipe:
Makes 1 9x5-inch Loaf
2 1/2 C. Almond Flour
1/4 C. Ground Flax
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
5 Eggs (or flax eggs)
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. ACV
Fresh Rosemary
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine dry ingredients into a food processor or use a mixer and blend together.
Add in the wet Ingredients and blend/mix until combined. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Suggestions:
This bread is great for making toast and topping with avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, and a little salt and pepper. Enjoy!
