SALTED CARAMEL BANANA BAKED OATMEAL BARS

Who else loves a quick healthy breakfast that you can grab and go! I really love this recipe because it has a mixture of carbs, healthy fats, protein, its easy to grab and go, its filling and I just love oatmeal :) Try the recipe out and let me know what you think!


Baking on a budget Vegan (Also GF if using GF oats) Banana PB Baked Oatmeal Topped with Caramel and bananas

The perfect balanced breakfast filled with healthy fats, protein, carbs, and fiber.

2 C of oats (Can use GF)

1/4 C @tropeaka Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 C PB Powder

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Nutmeg

1/2 tsp Salt

2 medium bananas mashed

2 C Almond Milk

2 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil

1 Flax egg (1 Tbsp flax+2 1/2 Tbsp water)

1 tsp Vanilla

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Caramel of your choice (I made my own with coconut cream, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla) and top with bananas

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
