Gluten-free Dairy-free

Soft, chewy, delicious, and filling!

These are exactly what I needed for my early morning workouts! I've been wanting to make something that I can just grab and go before my morning lifts and didn't want to have to prepare anything first thing in the morning. These bars are full of healthy fats, carbs, protein, fiber, and are the perfect little energy boost I need before a workout.

Notes:

- I like the pieces of oats to be a little smaller so before adding them to the bowl I placed them in my blender and just pulsed them a few times to break them down a little more.

- You can add in whatever toppings you want. You can stick with the choc. chips and coconut or maybe replace them with cranberry and walnuts. Have fun with it!

- You can store these at room temp but they can be a little delicate so if you want them to hold together a little better, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- Cut the size based on what you want them for. For example if you want to eat these as a breakfast bar I would cut them into a larger piece than say if you are wanting them just for a little snack.
