If you love dirty chai tea lattes, you are going to LOVE this recipe.





This chia seed pudding is a great option if you are wanting something that you can prep ahead of time for the week.

I personally like to blend mine to make it more of a smooth pudding texture. Without blending, it is more of a tapioca texture which I know many prefer.

This pudding is packed with healthy fats, fiber, and also contains protein and carbs. A little bit of this pudding goes a long way. I recommend splitting this recipe into 6-8 servings as a quick and easy snack to grab out of the fridge whenever you need a little pick-me-up.
