Raw Vegan Cheesecake
Dark Chocolate Strawberry (Gluten Free)
This is my FAVORITE cheesecake recipe I have created yet!

Crust:
1 C Hazelnuts
2 Tbsp Choc. Protein
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil Melted
Dash of salt
Filling:
3/4 C Cashews (soaked overnight)
1/2 C Coconut Cream
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp Melted 99% Cacao
4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Choc Protein.
Directions:
Throw all crust ingredients into a processor and blend. Set aside enough crust to roll into 7 small balls for decoration and then use the rest to press into the bottom of a parchment lined 3x5 inch pan and place in freezer while prepping filling. Throw all filling ingredients into a processor and blend until smooth. Pour filling over top of the crust, top with dried strawberries, and put in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours to set.
